The base formed of a double row of lotus-petals supporting the domed bell-shaped relic-container surmounted by the square harmika engraved to each side with a face, continuing into the the thirteen layered parasol flanked by four leaf-shaped ornaments at the base, each decorated with a different emblem and topped with the square finial, traces of red puja, resealed.
